Turns out Neko Case is a fan of Finnish cult prog legends M.A. Numminen and Pedro Hietanen. The Americana-queen tweeted a picture of the two musicians on Saturday, expressing her love for the two cult figures. Both M.A. Numminen and Hietanen were instrumental in defining the Finnish prog scene back in the 1970’s, Numminen as a main songwriter for Suomen Talvisota 1939–1940 and Hietanen as the drummer of Wigwam, amongst others.
